To order Crystal Contacts you need an up-to-date prescription for Crystal contact lenses (or identical lenses made by our manufacturing partner Unicon and prescribed by your doctor under a different brand name). Crystal contact lenses have a base curve of 8.7, a diameter of 14.2, and are made of Etafilcon A.

If you do not have a valid prescription for Crystal contact lenses you can visit one of our optometrist partners to obtain one. Simply send us an email to doctors@contactlensesplus.com including your Name, phone number, email and Zip and we will try to find you a Doctor in your area.
