I am looking to get new contact lenses as the ones i get now from the big chain in towns are not working and the ones the now recommend have now doubled in price????.... i was mooching around site and after a few tries i saw some that may do the job. i only wanted a sample pack at 1st to see if any good of which some suppliers do but these dont. i dived in a chose some and they arrived as said. i put them in and my eye sight was terrible :).. but i took them out, give them a rub over and thy now seem ok.. only had 1 week so ill know more later.

Sophie was absolutely brilliant in dealing with my issue of having ordered the wrong prescription lenses. She rectified the issue in minutes and was very understanding. We need more Sophie’s working within customer services!!! I have shopped here for years for my lenses as they offer competitive prices and ease of using the site and ordering.

I had a problem with some new lenses that I tried, it was dealt with very quickly with a return label printed and new lenses dispatched same day at no extra cost. Always very quick to respond and deliver, outstanding customer service.
